Here is a video I made for my first art exhibition in 2023. I wanted to create a moving projection on the wall outside the gallery that would combine poetry, artworks, and nostalgic photography. I was inspired by my friend Alan Tinley, who wrote a poem that for me encapsulated what it means to feel both homesick and welcomed within the place you are.
Here are some concept illustrations I made during University for a world-building exercise. The idea was to create a conceptual world based on a fairy-tale, and I chose to create a comic strip in a gothic dark fantasy setting for Rapunzel. This was my first ever project completed using digital painting tools and I thoroughly enjoyed world-building, connecting, and storyboarding this project. Given more time, I would have developed this into a full length comic strip.
